Large Orders & Other Products

turnaround times are calculated based on quantities.

Returns & Cancellations

Because your party supplies are uniquely crafted with your special names, ages, and dates, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind or if your party plans change.

 

 

Please Double-Check Those Spellings! We print your items using the exact details you type in. Please take a close look at all names, dates, and spellings before checking out. We want your decorations to be perfect, so catching a little typo now avoids any disappointment on the big day!

 

Our Promise to You (If We Make a Mistake)

We will happily replace your items or issue a full refund if a mistake has been made on our part (like a printing slip-up that doesn't match the details you sent us, or if an item arrives damaged).

 

How to let us know: In the rare event that something isn’t quite right, please click our Contact Button to send us a quick message within 48 hours of your delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order details, and we’ll get it sorted for you in a flash!

 

Need to Change Something?

If you spot a typo or need to change a detail just after you've ordered, please click the contact button to send us an email. As long as we haven't started cutting or printing your items yet, we are more than happy to update the details for you for free!

Because every smartphone screen, iPad, and computer monitor displays colours slightly differently, the physical colours of your printed invites, banners, or toppers may vary just a tiny bit from what you see on your digital screen.
